All Life Long is a curatorial cycle of four exhibitions, which throughout 2025 will present the work of contemporary artists whose practices relate to the themes of corporeality, temporality, fluidity, and bodily transformation in various ways.
Curators Edita and Světlana Malina connect each exhibition through a shared interest in the body as a mutable and sensitive bearer of experience, where personal narratives and socio-cultural constructs intersect.
The cycle explores impermanence as a natural state of being, whether in relation to the perception of time, physical experience, or the surrounding environment. The artworks engage with the media of moving images, installations, performances, and authorial texts.
The title of the first exhibition, Continiuum, is a fictional neologism derived from the Latin word continuum, meaning continuity, a continuous flow, or a whole without sharp boundaries. The exhibition builds on the idea of a world where nothing begins or ends precisely, but everything continuously transforms, disappears, and reappears.
Tempo Gallery is a non-profit exhibition space focused on moving images and contemporary visual art, located within the artist-day-care center Tempo in Prague’s Smíchov district (Nádražní 15). It is part of the Petrohradská kolektiv platform, which systematically develops conditions for the independent cultural scene in Prague. Tempo Gallery emphasizes interdisciplinary practices and personal authorial narratives. Each exhibition cycle is conceived as a thematic whole that connects established and emerging artists, with a special focus on representing women artists and their personal creative perspectives. The exhibitions are accompanied by a program of performances, author readings, or artist talks.

All Life Long je kurátorský cyklus čtyř výstav, který v průběhu roku 2025 představuje tvorbu současných umělkyň a umělců, jejichž práce se různými způsoby vztahují k tématům tělesnosti, temporality, fluidity a tělesné proměny.
Kurátorky Edita a Světlana Malina propojují jednotlivé výstavy skrze sdílený zájem o tělo jako proměnlivého a citlivého nositele zkušenosti, v němž se protínají osobní narativy i sociokulturní konstrukty.
Cyklus tematizuje nestálost jako přirozený stav bytí, ať už ve vztahu k vnímání času, fyzickému prožívání či okolnímu prostředí. Umělecká díla pracují s médii pohyblivého obrazu, instalace, performance a autorského textu.
Název první výstavy Continiuum je smyšlený novotvar, který vychází ze slova continiuum latinského výrazu pro nepřetržitost, souvislý tok nebo celek bez ostrých předělů. Výstava staví na představě světa, v němž nic nezačíná ani nekončí přesně, ale vše se neustále stává proměňuje, mizí a znovu se vynořuje.

Tempo Gallery klade důraz na intermediální praxe a osobní autorské narativy.
