Come discover the colours of autumn.
We will create a set of natural inks from seasonal fruits, vegetables and spices.
You will learn practical steps for preparing, using and preserving natural colors, as well as how to expand your color palette by experimenting with pH modifiers.
What happens when we change the pH of the yellow color of onion skin or the purple color of beetroot? We will explore this while playing in the art lab.
In addition to the know-how, you will also take home a set of custom made inks.
The day includes lunch made from the same ingredients that we will use to prepare the colors.
The workshop is intended for children and adults.
