Dukla is a band from Prague's Vinohrady district playing guitar-driven pop that carries influences from the new wave, post-punk, 90s guitar music, as well as electronic dance music.
They have a number of singles, several EPs, and an album titled "Honza" to their credit. The album garnered positive reviews and a nomination for the Apollo Music Awards for Album of the Year in 2020. Currently, they are working on a new album set to be released in the winter of 2023. The band's melancholic sound with a strong sense of melody goes hand in hand with nostalgic lyrics that reflect life in the city with admitted naivety. Where there is youth and vitality, there is also song.
Summer and fall in the courtyard at Petrohradská Kolektiv will be a showcase of live acts with the focus being on contemporary music production. We will present a broad variety of quality acts from the Czech alternative scene, ranging in genre from electronics, to pop, to country. Dramaturgy oversight will be handled in the fourth year by music producer, scenic and film music composer and member of music promoters collective – Wrong- Mojmir Mechura.

Dukla je kapela z pražských Vinohrad hrající kytarový pop nesoucí odkaz nové vlny, post punku, devadesátkových kytarovek ale i elektronické taneční hudby. Mají na kontě řadu singlů, několik EP a album “Honza”, za které sklidili pozitivní ohlasy a nominaci na hudební ceny Apollo za desku roku 2020. V současné době pracují na nové desce, která vyjde v zimě 2023. Melancholický zvuk kapely s výrazným citem pro melodii jde ruku v ruce s nostalgickými texty, které s přiznanou naivitou reflektují životě ve městě. Kde mládí a zdraví, tam i zpěv.
