Join us on February 25th at 6 PM at Tempo for a special collaboration between Kunterakt and Karina Golisová.
Karina’s raw, intimate photography—exploring personal narratives and identity—merges with Kunterakt’s commitment to circular fashion by transforming deadstock materials into wearable pieces. This collection features Karina's imagery printed on Slovak-made pantyhose deadstock and cycling clothing brand leftover fuctional fabrics.
Expect one-of-a-kind pieces, a fusion of textile reuse and visual storytelling, and a space where fashion, photography, and circularity come together. See you there!

Kunterakt focuses on transforming post-consumer textile waste into limited collections—whether for costumes, performance art, garments, or merchandise. They reject wasteful production, embracing creative freedom to craft items that carry meaning and connection. Kunterakt exists to challenge traditional fashion norms and offer a circular and regenerative perspective on fashion, textile waste and up-cycling.
Karina Golisová (*1997) works mainly with documentary photography. A significant aspect of her work is the concept of the chosen family, which she sees as a viable alternative to the traditional family model. Through her work, she explores how friendships and communities can serve as a powerful means of resilience in the current era of polycrises.
Her perceptiveness lies in her ability to delve beneath the surface of seemingly ordinary moments, revealing details that might otherwise go unnoticed. Through this approach, she offers viewers a glimpse into the intimate and often overlooked aspects of life.
