The shared workspace is located within the Tusculum Prague arts center, featuring its own private park in the historic grounds of the Chittussi Hospital, dating back to 1896. The main coworking area is situated on the first floor of Villa Anna within the Chittussi Hospital grounds. The building functions as a coworking space, residency center, and also houses several studios.
The coworking space in the villa is equipped with a large standing desk overlooking the greenery in the winter garden, a shared kitchenette, and a small dining area. The space accommodates around 30 people at a time, with the possibility of expanding into the upper floor. The upper floor can also be used for calls, depending on capacity, and one room is designated for relaxation and work on the ground.

Sdílený pracovní prostor se nachází v areálu uměleckého centra Tusculum Prague s vlastním soukromým parkem v historickém areálu Chittussiho nemocnice datující se k roku 1896. Hlavní prostor coworkingu je v prvním patře vily Anna v areálu Chittussiho nemocnice. Budova slouží jako prostor pro coworking, rezidence a také je zde několik ateliérů.
V budově vily je coworking vybaven velkým standingdeskem s výhledem do zeleně v zimní zahradě, sdílenou kuchyňkou a malou jídelnou. Kapacita prostoru je kolem 30 ti míst v jeden moment s možností rozšíření v horním patře. V horním patře je dle kapacity využití možné využít prostory pro cally a jedna místnost je přizpůsobena pro relaxaci a možnou práci na podlaze.

Within the Tusculum coworking space, it is also possible to access the main building, where Studio Balkon is located, adjacent to the residency studio for international artists. The primary form of coworking is hotdesking, with the option to reserve a locker. Additionally, there is the option for fixed desk membership, which includes a dedicated desk (capacity: 8 desks).
Coworking members have access to the same shared spaces as the studio residents. In the future, there are plans to offer access to shared spaces including a workshop room (which can also be used for meetings), a movement space, and a shared workshop area.
Currently, nearly 50 artists occupy 27 studios. Join our community and be a part of a collective effort to breathe new life into this long-forgotten building.

V rámci coworkingu v Tusculum je také možné využít přístup do hlavní budovy, kde se nachází Studio Balkon sousedící s ateliérem na zahraniční umělecké rezidence.
Hlavní forma coworkingu je hotdesk s možností rezervace skříňky. V coworkingu je možné využití i členství fixed desk s vlastním stolem(kapacita 8 stolů).
Členi coworkingu mají přístup ke stejným sdíleným prostorům jako ateliéroví rezidenti. Do budoucna je v plánu mít přístup ke sdíleným prostorům: prostor na workshopy(možné využít i na schůzky), prostor na pohyb, prostor sdílené dílny.
Aktuální obsazenost ateliérů je skoro 50 umělců v 27mi ateliérech. Přidejte se k naší komunitě a pojďte vytvořit kolektiv lidí, kteří vrátí této dávno zaponuté budově nový život.
